More Reliable Cloud Cleanup

WithCoach stores training videos and coaching media in the cloud when you choose a plan that includes cloud storage. This service update makes the background cleanup that follows a deletion more reliable, including for media created by older versions of the storage system.

Deletion finishes without blocking other cleanup

A historical media reference that needs extra recovery can no longer hold up unrelated deleted files. Each item is handled independently, while ownership checks remain strict before any stored reference is accepted.

Storage deletion comes first

The primary object-store deletion now completes before optional cache cleanup is retried. This keeps the privacy-critical step durable even when an external cache service is temporarily unavailable.

No change to active videos

This update applies only to background cleanup for media that has already been deleted. Active videos, thumbnails, comparisons, and cloud-storage allowances continue to work as before.
