October 2026 Update: More Reliable Purchase Activation

Some purchases stayed on Activation pending even though the App Store had completed them. This service update fixes the subscription check behind that message. It works with the iPhone app you already have, so no update is needed.

What went wrong

After a purchase, WithCoach asks RevenueCat, our subscription provider, which plan your account has. For some subscriptions RevenueCat answers without the list of purchased products. That list is optional, and your access never depended on it, but our check rejected the answer. The check now accepts it and activates your plan.

If your plan still shows as pending

Open Profile → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases, or tap Check Again on the plans screen. Restoring checks your existing purchase and never charges you again.
